The theme for Glocal Spring School Program 2020 is "Preservation and
utilization of water."
Glocal Spring School Program 2020 offers two opportunities, in February
and March.
Both are 3-day intensive, but the contents are slightly different.
A student can participate in either one.
Day 1(Ookayama Campus: 9:00 to 14:50, including one-hour lunch break)
Class Room: Room 714, Floor 7, West Bldg. 9, Ookayama Campus
-Guidance
-Team building
-Group work on researchers’ ethics
-Research and group presentation on the theme
Day 2
Study bus tour related to the theme: start and end at Suzukakedai Campus. (8:00 to 17:00)
-Experience Japanese Indigo Dyeing (Aizome) at Kosoen Studio
-Visit Hamura Intake Weir (Hamuara Shusuiseki) of Tamagawa Josui (Tamagawa
Aqueduct)
Day 3(Ookayama Campus: 9:00 to 12:45)
Class Room: Room 714, Floor 7, West Bldg. 9, Ookayama Campus
-Group work on the theme and preparation of group poster presentation
-Group poster presentation
-Awards ceremony and closing remarks
